I started my career first in teaching and then in retail. Working as a buying director within an organisational structure, I learnt how to lead a group of professional and talented individuals, as well as create a group dynamic that enhanced creativity as well as productivity. At this point, I realised that my interest had shifted from product to a focus on people and I embarked on my journey as a coach and facilitator.

My purpose is to contribute to the transformation and development of Integral leadership in Africa using the “inside-out” approach.
