If your answer to any of the above questions is yes, you are not alone!  However, effective leadership requires more restraint and the ability to keep impulsive feelings and emotions under control.  Great leaders remain positive when under pressure and deal calmly in stressful situations.  Rather than being reactive, they anticipate obstacles which might occur and take decisive action after seeking information in creative ways.
